Even on the most popular local housing website and social platforms, there are many scams; we have been to hundreds of apartments personally, and we can easily filter out all the ‘tricky and problematic apartments’ for you and send you a list of the most suitable units. 

• We know what kinds of apartments Expats are looking for in Taipei. We are a team of international backgrounds who like to travel the world and learn about different cultures. We are passionate about what we do, we are here to help promote Taiwan to you, by finding you a nice apartment you can call HOME.  
• Unlike some agents who will try to push and sell you their units, we work with top agencies directly, so we have a vast range of choices for you. 

• Tell us a little bit about yourself, what company you will be working for in Taiwan, who your family members are, what you are looking for (e.g., a pet-friendly studio or a 3-bedroom apartment), your budget, preferences for the apartment/locations, and the lease start day and the length of the lease.
• We will do a custom apartment search tailored to your needs through local websites, our local networks, and top real estate agencies. 

• We act as your Taipei apartment rental consultant. We’ll send your inquiry to local top real estate agencies and get back to you with a list of the most suitable units with detailed information. We’ll also help you schedule apartment visits and make sure the lease is fair in both English/Chinese. That way, you don’t need to deal with various agents/agencies all by yourself.

• After signing the lease, you only need to pay a one-time service fee to the designated agency directly; the standard service fee in Taiwan is half of one month’s rent. We only work with top-quality agencies that specialize in expat rentals in Taipei.
